Gambia Update

Pressure continues to mount from all over including from the US that today issued a final warning to the recalcitrant President  Jammeh to step down or face the consequences of his action and that it was not ruling out military support for ECOWAS.
Gambian Presidential plane is on standby at the tarmac of the Banjul International Airport at this moment to airlift Jammeh to Morocco where he had been offered asylum that he may have accepted. His wife is from Morocco.  BUT, MUST IT COME TO THIS AFTER 22 YEARS?
